疏血通联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

目的观察疏血通联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的疗效。方法76例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,均予甲钴胺治疗。治疗组40例,给予6ml疏血通注射液及500μg的甲钴胺加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,共4周;对照组36例,单用500μg的甲钴胺静脉滴注,1次/d,共4周。结果治疗组临床症状改善明显,较对照组显著提高（P〈0.05）,神经传导速度也较对照组提高明显（P〈0.05）。结论疏血通与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变比单独实用甲钴胺效果好。

Clinical Observation of the Curative effect of SHUXVE TONG and Mecobalao on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective To observe the co-effect of shuxuetong and mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods Seventy-six patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were ran do mly divided into two groups. The treatment group（40 cases） were given shuxuetong 6 ml and mecobalamin 500ug solve d in 250 ml NS intravenously every day for four weeks , Control group （ 36 cases ） were only given mecobalamin 500ug every day for four weeks. Results The clinical symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , nerve conduction velocity was also signficantly increased, the difference between two groups was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Combined therapy of shuxuetong and mecobalamin is better than that of mecobalamin for improvement of DPN symptoms.
