| 摘 要： | 目的制备紫草膏并建立其质量标准。方法以白凡士林为基质提取紫草色素并制成膏剂，以95％乙醇为溶剂提取紫草膏中的紫草色素，用紫外分光光度法测定其左旋紫草素的含量。结果紫草膏中左旋紫草素的质量分数大于0．080％。结论该制剂制备方法简单，含量测定方法准确，质量稳定可控。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare Arnebia Plaster(Arnebia euchroma Johnst,rind of Chinese medicinal herb) and to establish the quality control standard.Methods The above-mentioned herb were boiled in melted vaseline for preparing the plaster,then the plaster was dissolved in ethanol dissolvent(95%) for extracting purple herb pigment.The shikonin content was measured by means of ultraviolet spectrometry.Results The relative content of shikonin was more than 0.080%.Conclusion The preparation method is simple and accurate with stable and controllable quality. |
