| 摘 要： | 根据传统的认识,金匮肾气丸的功效在于温补肾阳．本文从金匮肾气丸配伍意义、《金匮要略》中金匮肾气丸证的相关原文、金匮肾气丸的现代临床运用和金匮肾气丸药物组成的演变等4个方面进行分析,论述了金匮肾气丸的功效并非温补肾阳,而为补益肾气。

| Abstract: | Jinkui Shenqi Pill is believed traditionally to have the effect of warming and tonifying the kidney yang. This paper presents analysis on the significance of the prescription of Jinkui Shenqi Pill, original literature concerning the syndrome of Jinkui Shenqi Pill, clinical application of Jinkui Shenqi Pill and the changes in the formation of the prescription of Jinkui Shenqi Pill. The author believes that the efficacy of Jinkui Shenqi Pill is not warming and tonifying the kidney yang, but invigorating the kidney qi. |
