对规划教材《中医基础理论》病机学说若干理论问题的商榷

对虚实病机进行了考察,认为外感病与内伤病的虚实病机可以统一起来,即"邪气亢盛,正气未衰"为实,"正气虚损"为虚,"邪实"与"正虚"同时存在,根据邪气与正气的对比关系确定为"实中挟虚"或"虚中挟实";对"阴阳俱盛"是否存在进行了推理,根据中医"从化"理论,初步认为可以有"阴偏盛"和"阳偏盛",但不会有"阴阳俱盛"病机之存在;对"阳胜则阴病"与"阴胜则阳病"进行了思考,认为这对病机其实是"实中挟虚"病机,而非单纯实证;并提出"阳胜"到何时会出现"阴病","阴胜"到何时会出现"阳病"的疑问.

Discussion of Some Theoretical Problem About Pathogensis in the Teaching Material the Basic Theory of TCM

This article inspected the pathogensis of deficiency and excess.We made the conclusion that we can unify the pathogensis of internal injury and affection by exopathogen.It is divided into three parts:the excess of pathogenic factors;the deficiency of vital-qi;and both of them,which includes two stat:deficiency complicated by excess symptoms and excess complicated by deficiency symptoms.We reasoning the probability of yin and yang excess.According to TCM theory threr could be the excess of yang or the excess of yin.But threr could never be the excess of both yin and yang.It actually delongs to the pathogensis of excess complicated by deficiency symptoms.We questioned what degree yin excess can cause yang disorder and what degree yin disorder due to yang excess.
