公安机关参与美沙酮试点工作的实践与思考 --云南省个旧市公安机关"禁毒防艾"调研报告

为了解个旧市公安机关在参与美沙酮维持治疗试点工作中碰到的困难和问题,探讨解决这些困难和问题的对策和建议。通过现场调研、召开座谈会、个别访谈、查阅资料、问卷调查等方法,与当地公安机关及卫生部门进行广泛交流,了解他们两年来参与美沙酮维持治疗和针具交换试点工作情况。通过现场调研获得了个旧市公安机关在“禁毒防艾”工作中取得的实效和经验,以及他们面临的困难和问题,对存在问题的原因进行剖析并提出了积极的应对策略。

Practice and thinking on public security sector participating in the pilot grogram of methadone maintenance--investigative report on the public security system in Gejiu, Yunnan

Objective: To learn about the difficulties and problems and explore the measures and resolution.Methods: By the approaches of on-site survey,workshop,individual interview,referring to the materials and questionnaire survey among the public security sector and public health sector,to learn about the local public security sector participation in the pilot programs of methadone maintenance and needle exchange for two years.Results: Survey shows that Gejiu Public Security sectors have obtained experiences and achievements and also are confronting the difficulties and problems.And we analyzed the resource of the difficult problems and provide active measures to respond to them.
