| 摘 要： | 目的探讨可溶性转铁蛋白受体水平对糖尿病患者在鉴别缺铁性贫血（IDA）和非缺铁性贫血（ACD）诊断中的意义。方法采用散射比浊检测技术检测sTfR水平。结果糖尿病患者-IDA组sTfR水平显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）；糖尿病患者．IDA组也显著高于糖尿病患者．普通组与糖尿病患者-ACD组（P〈0．05）。结论sTfR在缺铁性贫血和慢性疾病继发性贫血的鉴别诊断上有明显的临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate on the significance of the level of soluble transferring receptor in identification diagnosis of iron deficient anemia(IDA) and Anemia of chronic disease,ACD) in diabetic patient.Methods The levels of sTfR were detected by neopometry.Results The level of sTfR in diabetic IDA group was higher than the contrast groups significantly(P<0.01);The level of sTfR in diabetic-IDA group were higher than the diabetes-common group and diabetes-ACD group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of marked clinical significance to determine sTfR in the differential diagnosis of IDA and chronic disease followed anemia. |
