| 摘 要： | 在实质性癌中，未明确原发灶的转移性癌占5％，有些原发肿瘤生长缓慢，有些甚至在疾病发展过程中消失，其诊断和治疗需由病理科医生、肿瘤科医生和外科医生相互协作，才能使病人延长生存时间，提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Metastatic cancer of unknown primary accounts for as many as 5% of solid tumor patents referred to oncologists. The primary site may be either slow growing or else it may have involutes during the course of disease. Cancer of unknown primary represents a clinical setting that necessitates significant interactions between the pathologist, oncologist, and primary physician. |
