| 摘 要： | 目的观察多抗甲素和甲硝唑联合应用治疗阿弗它口腔溃疡的疗效。方法66例复发性口腔溃疡患者口服多抗甲素,局部采用贴甲硝唑口腔粘贴片,观察患者的临床疗效,并对结果进行分析。结果复发性口腔溃疡患者采用多抗甲素和甲硝唑联用,患者经治疗后,痊愈40例,显效16例,好转8例。结论多抗甲素和甲硝唑联合应用治疗复发性口腔溃疡的有效率达91.0%,并可减少复发。
