疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝52例临床分析

目的:总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的优点。方法:采用美国BARD公司产品(疝环充填物和修补网片)行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗52例腹股沟疝的临床病例。结果:患者术后第1天均能起床活动,切口疼痛多在1~2d内消失,术后阴囊血肿2例,术后无切口感染、排斥反应,术后随访3个月~4年45例,无复发病例。结论:疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝更优于传统术式,同时减少疝的复发。

Mesh plug hernia repair treatment of tension-free inguinal hernia in 52 patients

Objective Summary mesh plug hernia repair tension-free inguinal hernia advantages.Methods Our hospital from December 2003～2009 with the United States in December were BARD products(hernia ring filling and repair mesh) line of hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair of inguinal hernia treatment of 52 cases Retrospective analysis.Results The patient can get up after the 1st day activities,more incisional pain disappeared within 1-2 days after operation,2 cases of scrotal hematoma,no postoperative wound infection,rejection,patients were followed up in March-4,45 cases no recurrence.Conclusions Mesh plug hernia repair tension-free inguinal hernia is superior to conventional surgical procedures,while reducing the recurrence of hernia.
