摘    要:
目的探讨持续质量改进(CQI)在急诊科危重症患者身份识别中的运用。方法通过组织学习、加强教育;使用识别腕带、制定急诊科危重症患者身份识别规范化制度及流程、加强护理查对力度、开展宣教等方法解决急诊科危重症患者身份识别方法单一的问题。结果护理人员重视危重症患者身份识别,熟悉急诊科危重症患者身份识别规范化制度及流程,护理安全得到保证。结论在急诊科危重症患者身份识别中引入持续质量改进,完善患者安全保障系统,提高了患者的安全感及护理安全的满意度,提高了护理人员的风险防范意识。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application of continuous quality improvement(CQI) on critically ill patients identification in emergency department.Methods Adopt organizational learning,strengthen education;use identifiable bracelets;formulate the standardized system and procedure of critically ill patients identification;enhance the nursing checking strength;carry out education method to solve the problem of single identity recognition method of critically ill patients in emergency department.Results Nursing staff pay attention to the identification of critically ill patients;familiar with standardized system and procedure of critically ill patients identification;nursing safety should be guaranteed.Conclusion CQI is introduced to the critically ill patients identification in emergency department,improve patient safety security system;improve the patient’s sense of security and satisfaction of nursing safety;heighten the awareness of risk prevention.
