| 摘 要： | 目的:了解苏州市食用碘的加工厂、批发部、零售店和居民户应用情况。为消除碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学据。方法:按照GB/T13025.7-1999进行检测。结果:2009年-2011年,苏州市碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均高于95%。结论:2009年-2011年,苏州市碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均达到国家标准。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the status of edible iodine in processing factories,wholesale department,retail department and household in Suzhou and provide scientific basis for prevention and control work of iodine deficiency disease.Methods: According to GB/T13025.7-1999,the samples were detected.Results: The results showed that in 2009-2011,the qualified rate of iodized salt,coverage rate of iodized salt,edible rate of qualified iodized salt were higher than 95% in Suzhou.Conclusion: During 2009-2011,the qualified rate of iodized salt in Suzhou has reached the national standard. |
