复方鱼腥草对鲍曼不动杆菌体外培养生长的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨复方鱼腥草是否能抑制鲍曼不动杆菌生长,为临床上治疗鲍曼不动杆菌感染提供潜在新药。方法:根据临床药敏结果选取20株鲍曼不动杆菌菌株和标准菌株ATCC19606作为实验对象,用微量肉汤稀释法和琼脂稀释法检测鲍曼不动杆菌在含不同浓度复方鱼腥草培养基中的生长情况,肉眼判断最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)。结果:不同浓度的复方鱼腥草能影响鲍曼不动杆菌生长,随药物浓度的增加,抑菌活性增强,最低抑菌浓度分别为32006 400μg/m L(微量肉汤法),8006 400μg/m L(微量肉汤法),8006 400μg/m L(琼脂稀释法)。结论:复方鱼腥草对鲍曼不动杆菌体外生长具有抑制作用,可能作为潜在药物用于抗鲍曼不动杆菌感染。

Abstract:Objective: In order to provide a new drug for the clinical treatment of the Acinetobacter baumannii infection by detecting the effect of Compound Houttuynia on the growth of Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods: The Broth dilution method and the Agar dilution method were used to detect the growth of 21 Acinetobacter baumannii strains( including 20 strains screened out as the subject according to the results of clinical sensitivity test and 1 standard strains ATCC19606) which treated by Compound Houttuynia with different concentrations. The minimum inhibitory concentration was judged visually. Results: The MIC of Compound Houttuynia on Acinetobacter baumannii varied from 3200μg / m L to 6400μg / m L( Broth dilution method) and from 800μg / m L to 6400μg / m L( Agar dilution method). And the inhibitory effect of Compound Houttuynia on Acinetobacter baumannii inhanced with the increase of drug concentration. Conclusion: The Compound Houttuynia can inhibit the growth of Acinetobacter baumannii in vitro. It can be used as a potential drug for the clinical treatment of Acinetobacter baumannii infections.
