| 摘 要： | 本文报告了随机用中药白芨肝动脉栓塞术(TAE)治疗中晚期原发性肝癌(PHC)21例,明胶海绵TAE11例的对比观察。结果表明,白芨组优于明胶海绵组。因此,认为白芨是一种较好的新型中药栓塞剂。但TAE后某些反应白芨组较重。

| Abstract: | From 1988 to 1991, 21 of the 32 patient(?) with middle-advanced hepatic carcinoma underwent therapy of hepatic artery embolism(TAE) with Baiji and another 11 ones with gelatin sponge at random. After TAE, the six month survival rate, the reduction of focal areas, the AFP values and the artery collateral circulation formation in the liver in Baiji group were higher and more obvious than those in gelation sponge ones respectively. Therefore, We thought that Baiji was a good and av hew kind of embolizing agents although it had some more Severe reaction following TAE. |
