摘    要:
[目的]分析我院重症监护病房(ICU)患者病原菌的分布及耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。[方法]对送检的863份标本的细菌分布及耐药性进行回顾性分析,归类总结。[结果]863份标本共检出552株细菌。革兰氏阴性杆菌对氨苄西林、头孢类耐药率较高,对环丙沙星、妥布霉素丁胺卡那耐药率较低;革兰氏阳性球菌除对万古霉素无耐药外,对青霉素、奎诺酮类耐药率较高;真菌耐药性较低。[结论]ICU患者感染严重,病原菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,其次是革兰氏阳性球菌及真菌。应加强ICU感染病菌的鉴定及药敏试验,合理使用抗生素,避免耐药菌在医院传播及流行。
