杭白菊水提取物对犬急性心肌梗死后缺血心肌的保护作用

目的：观察杭白菊水提取物对犬急性心肌梗死后缺血心肌的保护作用。方法：健康成年比格（Beagle）犬24只,随机分成假手术组、急性心肌梗死模型组,杭白菊水提物低、高剂量组,每组6只。观察杭白菊水提物对犬急性心肌梗死后梗死面积、重量、心肌损伤标志性酶以及炎症因子IL-6和TNF-α水平的影响。结果：与模型组比较,低、高剂量的杭白菊水提物组可明显降低犬急性心肌梗死后2周血清TNF-α、IL-6水平（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,降低梗死区重量（P〈0.05）,减少梗死区面积（P〈0.01）。结论：杭白菊水提物对缺血损伤心肌有明显保护作用。杭白菊水提物,可能通过抑制炎症因子的产生、聚集和释放起到对缺血心肌的保护作用。
