| 摘 要： | 肝纤维化是细胞外基质的过度沉积为主要特征的损伤后修复反应,包括炎症及其后的纤维生成。肝星状细胞（HSC）的激活是肝纤维化发生的中心环节,而肝脏中多种炎性细胞与炎症相关因子是调节HSC激活及其后的纤维化发生发展的关键因素,涉及的分子机制亦十分复杂。中医药抗纤维化的研究从20世纪70年代中期开始,随着细胞生物学与分子生物学技术的应用,中医药抗纤维化机制的阐明也越来越深入。
