| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Friend鼠白血病病毒（FLV）对BALB/c和KM小鼠体质量、胸腺和脾脏的影响。方法：以齐多夫定片（AZT）作为阳性药物,用FLV攻击BALB/c和KM小鼠,观察各鼠系的体质量、胸腺和脾脏变化情况。结果：FLV能引起BALB/c和KM小鼠脾肿大,各鼠系脾指数与正常鼠脾指数差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。AZT对BALB/c和KM小鼠具有明显的抑制脾肿大作用（P〈0.05）。各鼠系小鼠的体质量和胸腺变化差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：FLV对KM小鼠体质量、胸腺和脾脏的影响程度相当于BALB/c小鼠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of BALB/c and KM mice infected by Friend Murine leukemia virus(FLV).Methods:BALB/c and KM mice were intraperitoneally inoculated by FLV.Zidovudine was the positive drug.Bodyweight,spleen index,and thymus gland index were recorded and calculated.Results:FLV induced splenomegaly in BALB/c and KM mice,and the spleen index was higher than the normal control group(P<0.01).Zidovudine inhibited splenomegaly in both strain of mice as compared with the infected mice(P<0.05).The bo... |
