恶性肿瘤医院感染病例经济费用的分析

对恶性肿瘤医院感染病例和非感染病例各１０４例进行配对调查结果发现，发生医院感染的病例总住院费为４９５１．５９元，明显高于对照病例３６９４．４２元，两组差异非常显著（ｔ＝２．５２Ｐ＜０．０１）。住院各项经费比较可见中西药费两组有非常显著的差别（Ｐ＜０．０１）。各科室和各科中西药费比较均见放疗科两组差异显著（Ｐ＜０．００５Ｐ＜０．０１）。各感染部位比较可见下呼吸道和术后伤口感染两组有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１Ｐ＜０．０５）。上述结果提示，恶性肿瘤患者发生医院感染可使患者的经济负担明显加重。

Economic benefit analysis of nosocomial infection of patients with malignant tumor

A pair matching survey with 104 nosocomial infection and non infection patients with malignant tumor was conducted. Total cost benefit was much more increasingly in nosocomial infection group (4951.59 yuan) than in non infection patients (3694.42 yuan). There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.001). Among them, the difference of medicine charges was significant statistically in two groups. Total costs and medicine charges of department of radio active treat was more increasingly than others (P<0.005; P<0.01). Comparing positions of nosocomial infection to non infection patients, the cost of lower respiratory tract and surgery incisions were significant increase (P<0.01; P<0.05). The results suggest that strengthen administer and control nosocomial infection of patient with malignant tumor were very important in hospital managenent.
