Abstract:A 65-year-old man was referred to our hospital to treat recent anterior myocardial infarction. Coronary artery angiography showed acute occlusion of left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) and chronic occlusion of right coronary artery. After emergent percutaneous coronary intervention for LAD, drug-refractory electrical storm necessitating frequent electrical defibrillating cardioversion occurred. This patient successfully underwent surgical cryoablation, left ventriculoplasty and coronary revascularization. At 2 years and 10th month after the operation, he is well without limitation of daily activities and any evidence of myocardial ischemia and ventricular tachycardia.
