| 摘 要： | 目的探讨精神科护士心理健康状况和相关影响因素，为改善精神科护士心理健康状况和应付方式提供参考依据。方法对105名精神科护士采用症状自评量表进行测评，并与全国常模进行比较；对开放式病房和封闭式病房护士的症状自评量表评分结果进行对比分析。结果精神科护士症状自评量表躯体化、人际敏感、焦虑、敌对因子分及阳性项目数均高于全国常模（P〈0．01）；封闭式病房护士的心理健康问题较开放式病房护士严重。结论精神科护士存在一定的心理健康问题，而封闭式病房护士的心理健康问题更加严重。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the mental health status and related influencing factors of psychiatric nurses in order to provide reference bases for improving their mental health and coping style.Methods 105 psychiatric nurses were tested with symptoms checklist(SCL-90),the results were compared with national norm,and results were compared between nurses in opening wards and blocking wards.Results The scores of somatization,interpersional sensitivity,anxiety,hostility and positive items of psychiatric nurses were higher than those of norm(P<0.01).It was found that the mental problem of nurses in blocking wards was more serious than that of nurses in opening wards.Conclusion The psychiatric nurses have some mental problem and the mental health problem of nurses in blocking wards is more serious. |
