文拉法辛和阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效观察

目的：观察文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的疗效、不良反应、耐受性。方法：选择符合抑郁症诊断标准的抑郁症患者６４例，随机分成Ａ、Ｂ两组。Ａ组采用文拉法辛治疗，Ｂ组采用阿米替林治疗，两组初始剂量均为５０ｍｇ／ｄ。两周内加至２００ｍｇ／ｄ，固定并维持至研究开始后６周末。结果：Ａ组显效率为６４、７１％（２２／３４），总有效率为８５．２４％（２９／３４）；Ｂ组显效率为６３．３３％（１９／３０），总有效率为８６．６６％（２６／３０），无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。Ａ组不良反应较Ｂ组少而轻，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：文拉法辛是一种有效、耐受性好、安全的抗抑郁药。

A Comparative Study of Venlafaxine and Amitriptyline in Treatment of Depressive Patient

Objective:To determine the efficacy, side effects, safety, and tolerability of Venlafaxine. Methods: 64 cases of patients with depression were divided into 2 groups randomly. Group A,as test group, was treated with venlafaxine at initial dose of 50 mg/d and up to 200 mg/d within 2 weeks. Group B was treated with amitriptyline at initial dose of 50 mg/d to 200 mg/d within 2 weeks too. The curative effect and side effect were observed after 6 weeks.Results:The total curative rates were 85.24% (29/34) in Group A and 86.66(26/30)in Group B without significant difference between them. There were, however, a significant less side effects in Group A than in Group B.Conclusion:Venlafaxine, an effective antidepressants, has less side effects, more safety and tolerability, compared with amitriptyline.
