摘    要:本文以20例亚急性期、恢复早期脑血栓形成偏瘫患者为研究对象,观察比较了1次疲劳性主动运动训练对其血浆t-PA、PAI活性的影响。结果显示:运动后血浆t-PA活性增高30%,PAI活性无显著变化、PAI/t-PA值降低,纤溶活性增高(P<0.01),这为康复训练有利于改善纤溶活性,促进功能恢复提供了客观依据。

Abstract:Twenty hemiplegic patients with cerebral thrombosis in subacute or early recovery phase wereobserved.With comparison of data before and after a single active exercise to fatigue,effects of t-PAI activity were found.Results:After exercise, t-PA activity increased30%,no sigdficant change on PAI activity , meanwhile PAI/t - PA ratio decreased and fibrinolytic activity improved significantly (P<0.01).These results,as a real evidence,suggest that rehabilitation treatmentwould benefit in improving fibrinolytic activity and physical function.
