慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心率变异性分析

通过心率变异性 (HRV)时域和频域分析法 ,研究 30例正常人、36例不同病因的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心率变异特性。结果表明 ,慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的时域指标 ,明显低于正常人。频域分析显示正常人心率变异功率谱密度 (PSD) ,日间以低频成分占优势 ,夜间睡眠时则高频成分占主导 ,低频成分昼夜变化不明显。慢性充血性心力衰竭患者 ,心率变异性PSD与正常人相比 ,显示低频和高频成分均明显降低 ,且高频成分的下降尤其显著 ,这表明慢性充血性心力衰竭患者支配心脏的迷走与交感神经均受损 ,且以迷走神经受损更为严重。这可能意味着患者日后发生心脏猝死的危险性增加

Analysis of heart rate variability in chronic congestive heart failure patients

The characteristic of HRV was studied in 30 normal volunteers and 36 chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) patients with different pathogenesis using HRV time domain and frepuency domain analysis.The result showed that the time domain index of chronic CHF patients was obviously lower than that of normal volunteers.Frepuency domain analysis showed the power spectral density (PSD) of HRV in normal volunteers:with low frepuency was in the ascendant by day,high frepuency was dominant when sleeps at night,and the variety of low frepuency was not markedly in day and night.Compared with nomal volunteers,the PSD of HRV in chronic CHF patients showed:both low frequency and high frequency reduced markedly,and the reduction of high frequency was significant.It demonstrated that the vagus and sympatheticnerves,which control the heart,of chronic CHF patients are injured,vagus nerve even more serious.It means the fatalness of patients to sudden heart death in the future increase.
