| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨干复杂性骨折的方法。方法：应用不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨干复杂性骨折19例并进行临床随访评定效果。结果：19例经1～3年(平均19个月)随访，骨愈合良好，骨折愈合时间平均13周。结论：不扩髓带锁髓内钉具有操作简便，固定可靠，副作用少的优点，对于胫腓骨干复杂性骨折的治疗，不扩髓带锁髓内钉是一种比较好的内固定方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce the treatment of tibial and shank complex fractures by Non-reamed Intramedullary Nails. Methods:Non-reamed Intramedullary Nails was performed for tibial and shank complex fractures in 19 cases and its effect was analyzed. Results:All patients were followed up regularly from 1 to 3 years(the average follow up was 19 months). The wound healed well. The average healing time of the fracture was 13 weeks. Conclusion:Non-reamed Intramedullary Nails can attain good effect. It is reliable, easy to operate and has less side effect. So, it is a good internal fixation method to treat tibial and shank complex fractures. |
