急性心肌梗死患者急诊冠状动脉介入治疗的护理

目的 探讨急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者急诊介入治疗的术前准备、术中配合、术后护理的方法与要点。方法对123例AMI患者进行心理疏导和常规术前准备，术中、术后严密观察病情，及时发现并处理并发症。结果123例AMI患者冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术均成功，其中24例出现严重并发症，由于发现及时，处理得当，除1例患者术后合并重症肺炎死亡外，其余均康复。结论PCI是治疗急性心肌梗死最有效的方法。术前充分准备、术中、术后严密观察、良好的医护配合，积极防治并发症是提高PCI成功率，减少死亡率的关键。

Nursing measure of the patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing acute intervenfional therapy

Objective To explore the preoperative preparation, cooperation in operation and postoperative nursing for the patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing acute interventional therapy. Methods One hundred and twenty-three patients with acute myocardial infarcation were treated by the acute interventional therapy. These patients were managed with the measures such as mental nursing and fully preparation before operation, closely observation of the patients＇ condition and active prevention and treatment of complications during and after the acute intervention therapy. Results All the patients got successful acute intervention. There were 24 patients with complications in acute intervention. Of them 1 patient with pneumonia acute intervention was dead. The other patients were recovered. Conclusion The method of percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） is the best effective methods for treating acute myocardial infarction. Adequate preoperative preparation, cooperation between doctor and nurse in acute intervention, and active prevention and treatment of complications are the key to increase the success rate of PCI and decrease the mortality rate.
