氯米芬联合归脾丸治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕症60例

目的探讨氯米芬加用中药治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕的疗效。方法将排卵功能障碍性不孕的患者随机分为观察组60例，应用氯米芬加归脾丸治疗；对照组60例单纯口服氯米芬治疗，比较两组疗效。结果治愈率观察组为63．3％，对照组为40．0％，观察组显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；总有效率观察组为96．7％，对照组为81．7％，观察组显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论加用归脾丸可补益心脾，能使气血旺盛，改善机体内环境，促进卵泡发育成熟并排卵，提高孕卵的着床能力，同时减轻西药的副反应。

Clomiphene combined with guipi pills in the treatment of 60 patients with infertility due to ovulation dysfunction

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of clomiphene combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infertility due to ovulation dysfunction. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with infertility due to ovulation dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group （60 patients ） was treated with clomiphene plus guipi pills;the control group （60 patients） was treated with clomiphene. Results The curative rate of the observation group （63.3%） was higher than that of the control group （40. 0% ） （ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group（ 96.7% ） was higher than that of the control group （81.7%） （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Guipi pills adjunctive therapy can benefit heart and spleen, strengthen blood flowing, im- prove the body internal environment, promote follicle development and ovulation, enhance the implantation capacity of fertilized ovum, and reduce the side effects of western medicine.
