| 摘 要： | 目前在体外受精-胚胎移植中精卵共培养作用时间的长短在体外受精-胚胎移植中对卵子受精、胚胎发育质量及临床妊娠结局的影响日益受到关注.适当缩短精卵作用时间,可使优质胚胎率及临床妊娠率增高,获得可喜的临床结局. |

| Abstract: | Now the effect of exposure time of sperm-oocyte coincubation on fertilization, embryonic development quality and pregnancy outcome in vitro fertilization（IVF） has been given more and more attention. Adequate shortened exposure of oocytes to spermatozoa improves invitro fertilization outcome ： high quality embryo rates and pregnancy rates is increased, delightful clinic outcome is obtained. |
