流动人群对社区卫生服务需求的调查与分析

目的调查流动人群对公共卫生和基本医疗服务的需求,从而更好地为他们提供六位一体的社区卫生服务。方法发放和回收调查问卷448份,将数据运用Epi Data编程,进行数据分析。结果70.54%的流动人群就诊选择一级医院(社区卫生服务中心),影响他们生命健康的主要疾病是呼吸道感染和胃肠炎,医疗和康复的需求分别占87.25%和43.75%;希望提供传染病管理和慢性病干预的分别占60.00%和40.00%,公共卫生需求方面康复占39.51%、健康教育占22.54%、保健占20.54%、预防占16.59%,38.84%的流动人群支持健康讲座,35.49%赞同健康资料宣传。结论积极发挥社区卫生服务中心的"六位一体"的服务功能,以满足流动人群的卫生服务需求。

Survey and Analysis of Community Health Services Needed among Flowing Population
