| 齐拉西酮与利醅酮治疗精神分裂症的对照研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：比较齐拉西酮和利醅酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法：将68例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别给予齐拉西酮和利醅酮治疗8周。采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定临床疗效,症状量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果：齐拉西酮和利醅酮治疗8周有效率分别为88.2%和85.3%,两药疗效的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。齐拉西酮组的不良反应发生率稍低于利醅酮组,利醅酮组锥体外系反应和内分泌改变的发生率均显著高于齐拉西酮组（P〈0.05）,但两药引起的不良反应一般为轻度或中度,患者耐受性较好。结论：齐拉西酮和利醅酮对精神分裂症的疗效相当,但不良反应有所不同。 |
