摘    要:目的:探讨寰椎后路椎弓根螺钉固定的进钉技术。方法:配套干燥寰枢椎标本50套,用电子游标卡尺测量与进钉技术相关的解剖学数据。结果:枢椎下关节突中心点与中线的距离为19.2mm,寰椎推弓椎螺钉进钉点与中践的距离为19.61mm,二者仅相差0.40mm。结论:枢椎下关节突中点可作为术中判定寰椎椎弓根螺钉造钉点的解剖学标志。

Abstract:Objective To pursue the posterior pedicle screw placement technique of atlas. Methods 50 dry atlas and axis specimens were used to measure anatomic data relative to atlas pedicle screw placement technique with an electronic digital caliper. Results The average distance from the central point of C2 inferior articular process to the midline was 19.21 mm, and the distance from the atlas pedicle screw entry point to the midline was 19.61 mm, the difference between them was only 0.40 mm. Conclusions The central point of C2 inferior articular process is a key anatomic landmark for accurate placement of C1 pedicle screws.
