超声技术在诊断慢性肾功能不全中的价值

目的探讨超声技术在诊断慢性肾功能不全中的价值。方法应用二维超声图像、彩色多普勒及频谱多普勒技术对68例慢性肾功能不全患者进行肾脏形态及血流的观察，对肾内各级动脉进行血流动力学分析，并与30例健康人进行对照。结果慢性肾功能不全患者较健康对照组肾脏体积缩小、皮质变薄、实质回声增强，肾血流明显减少，速度减低，阻力指数及搏动指数增高。结论超声技术能直观地显示慢性肾功能不全患者肾脏形态的改变，能早期反映肾脏血流灌注情况，对临床诊断、治疗及预后评估有重大意义。

The value of ultrasonic technique diagnosing chronic kidney impaired function

Objective To approach the value of ultrasonic technique diagnosing chronic kidney impaired function.Methods Of 68 patients with chronic kidney impaired function,to utilize the technique of 2-dimensional ultrasonic imagine、colorful Doppler and frequency spectrum Doppler to observate the appearance and blood flow of the kidney,then to analyze the hemodynamics of the renal singulorum hierarchical arteries,compared with the 30 healthy finally.Results Compared with the healthy,the renal volume contracted,the cortex thinningzed,pacenchymal echo enhanced,the renal blood flow decreased obviously,the velocity reduced,the resistent index and the pulsatility index raised the patient of chronic kidney impaired function.Conclusion The ultrasonic technique could directly show the change of the renal shape with chronic kidney impaired function,and pristinely reflect the information of the renal blood flow.It had the substantial significance on clinical diagnosis、treatment and prognostic appraisal.
