多西他赛联合顺铂对中晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效分析

分析多西他赛合并顺铂治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果及对PTEN和Survivin水平的影响。选取本院2015年6月～2017年6月期间诊治的中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者临床资料。分析顺铂(对照组,n=100)和多西他赛合并顺铂(观察组,n=100)治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果,检测治疗前后患者血清中PTEN和Survivin及MMP2和MMP9的变化。结果显示:观察组研究对象的总有效率为80.0%,明显高于对照组64.0%(P<0.05)；治疗后两组患者血清中PTEN水平明显升高(P<0.05),而Survivin、MMP2和MMP9水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组变化更显著(P<0.05)。因此,多西他赛联合顺铂有效治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌可能与降低血清PTEN和Survivin及MMP2和MMP9蛋白水平有关。

Effect of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its effect on PTEN and Survivin levels

The effect of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its effects on PTEN and Survivin levels was analyzed. The clinical data of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 was analyzed.The effect of cisplatin (control group, n=100) and docetaxel combined with cisplatin (observation group, n=100) in the treatment of middle and advanced non-small cell lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer) was analyzed. The changes of serum PTEN, Survivin, MMP2 and MMP9 were detected before and after treatment. The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was 80%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (64%) (P<0.05).After treatment, the serum levels of PTEN in the two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), while the levels of Survivin, MMP2 and MMP9 were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the changes in the study subjects were more significant (P<0.05). So the combination of docetaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of middle and advanced non-small cell lung cancer has significant effect on the level of serum PTEN and Survivin, MMP2 and MMP9.
