2016-2018年芜湖市第二人民医院抗感冒药的使用情况分析

目的 调查分析芜湖市第二人民医院抗感冒药的使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 采用回顾性分析方法，统计分析2016年1月-2018年12月芜湖市第二人民医院抗感冒药的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）以及排序比（B/A）。结果 2016-2018年抗感冒药的销售金额逐年上升，西药销售金额占比逐渐增加至23.84%。苏黄止咳胶囊的销售金额稳居第1位，金莲花软胶囊与氨咖黄敏口服溶液的销售金额在第2、3位；金莲花软胶囊的DDDs最高，其次为苏黄止咳胶囊，氨咖黄敏口服溶液的DDDs2018年上升至第3位；8种抗感冒药中苏黄止咳胶囊的DDC排第1位，疏风解毒胶囊、氨咖黄敏口服溶液的B/A值均<1.0，性价比偏低。结论 芜湖市第二人民医院抗感冒药的使用存在问题，需重点关注抗感冒中成药的使用，督促西医师中医药理论与合理用药知识培训。

Analysis on use of anti-cold medicine in the Second People's Hospital of Wuhu from 2016 to 2018

Objective To investigate and analyze the use of anti-cold medicine in the Second People''s Hospital of Wuhu, and to provide reference to clinical rational drug use. Methods From January 2016 to December 2018, consumption sum, defined daily dosed (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC), and drug sequence ration (B/A) of anti-cold drugs in the Second People''s Hospital of Wuhu were analyzed retrospectively. Results Sales amount of anti-cold medicine increased year by year from 2016 to 2018, and the sale proportion of western medicine gradually increased to 23.84%. Sales amount of Suhuang Zhike Capsules ranked the first place, and sales amount of Jinlianhua Soft Capsules and Amica Huangmin Oral Solution ranked the second and third. DDDs of Jinlianhua Soft Capsules were the highest, followed by Suhuang Zhike Capsules, and DDDs of Paracetamol, Caffeine, Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Oral Solution rose to the third place in 2018. DDC of Suhuang Zhike Capsules in the eight anti-cold drugs ranked the first, and B/A values of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules and Paracetamol, Caffeine, Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Oral Solution were all <1.0, with low cost performance. Conclusion There are some problems in the use of anti-cold medicine in the Second People''s Hospital of Wuhu, so it is necessary to focus on the use of anti-cold Chinese patent medicine, and urge western medicine doctors to train the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the knowledge of rational drug use.
