血清IGF-1、VEGF与类风湿关节炎的相关性研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨血清胰岛素样生长因子(insulin-like growth factors,IGF-1)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth facto,VEGF)与类风湿关节炎(RA)疾病活动度的关系。方法:选取活动期、缓解期RA患者及健康对照者各30例,应用ELISA法测定血清IGF-1和VEGF表达水平,检测类风湿关节炎相关指标血沉(ESR)、血小板(PLT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)和抗环瓜氨酸合成蛋白抗体(CCP),计算疾病活动指标DAS28评分,分析IGF-1、VEGF与实验室指标及疾病活动度的相关性。结果:活动组IGF-1与DAS28、RF、CCP、ESR、CRP、PLT正相关,缓解组IGF-1仅与DAS28、ESR、CRP、PLT正相关,与RF和CCP无关。活动组VEGF与DAS28、RF、CCP、CRP、PLT正相关,与ESR无关,缓解组VEGF与DAS28、ESR、CRP、PLT正相关,与RF和CCP无关。结论:RA患者血清IGF-1、VEGF与DAS28、CRP正相关,提示IGF-1、VEGF表达水平可反映RA病情活动度。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the role of IGF-1 and VEGF in the development and progression of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) by detecting the expression levels of IGF-1, VEGF and other laboratory markers in RA patients. Methods: 30 RA patients in active, and 30 RA patients in remission were selected and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group respectively. Blood serum levels of IGF-1 were measured. Results: IGF-1 was positively correlated with DAS28, RF, CCP, ESR and CRP in the RA active group, while IGF-1 in the remission group was positively correlated with DAS28, ESR and CRP, but not related to RF and CCP.VEGF in the active group was positively correlated with DAS28, RF, CCP and CRP, but not with ESR. In the RA remission group, VEGF was positively correlated with DAS28, ESR and CRP, while it had nothing to do with RF and CCP. Conclusions: The blood serum levels of IGF-1 and VEGF were linearly correlated with DAS28, CRP and PLT in patients with RA, suggesting that the expression levels of IGF-1 and VEGF were related to the disease activity of RA patients, and were also involved in the pathogenesis of RA vasculitis.
