护理风险管理在成年患者静脉留置针输液中的应用效果分析

目的 观察分析护理风险管理在患者静脉留置针输液中的应用效果。方法 从2013年7月至2017年4月合肥市第二人民医院呼吸内科收治的外周静脉留置针输液患者中抽选1 600例成年患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表分为对照组800例和观察组800例。对照组给予常规措施护理,观察组采用护理风险管理进行护理干预,对比两组护理干预后常见留置针不良事件发生率。结果 观察组在针头回血、静脉炎、留置针阻塞、液体渗漏、皮下血肿、感染及留置针脱落的发生率均比对照组低（均P＜0.05）;随机从两组患者中各抽取400例进行满意度调查显示,观察组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组护理满意度（P＜0.05）。结论 在成年患者静脉留置针输液中应用风险管理效果确切,能够有效降低静脉留置针输液中常见不良事件的发生率,同时使患者得到更优质、更满意的护理服务。

Effect of nursing risk management mode on adult patients with intravenous indwelling needle infusion

Objective To observe the application effect of nursing risk management on patients with intravenous indwelling needle infusion. Methods From July 2013 to April 2017, 1 600 adult patients with peripheral venous indwelling needles admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the Second People"s Hospital of Hefei City were enrolled in a prospective study who were divided into control group and observation group equally. The patients in control group received routine nursing care, and the nursing risk management was applied in the observation group. The incidence of common indwelling needle adverse events after the two groups of nursing intervention was compared. Results In the observation group, the incidence of needle return blood, phlebitis, indwelling needle obstruction, fluid leakage, subcutaneous hematoma, infection and indwelling needle shedding were lower than those in the control group (both P<0.05). The satisfaction survey showed that the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of risk management for the adult patients using venous indwelling needles is effective, which reduces the incidence of common adverse events in intravenous indwelling needle infusion effectively.
