摘    要:系统性红斑狼疮模型主要分为自发性和诱导性模型,通过查阅文献探究近年来国内外学者对自发性和诱导性红斑狼疮模型的研究,并阐明不同类型系统性红斑狼疮模型的主要特征,针对其各自优势与不足筛选更稳定、更适合自身免疫的红斑狼疮小鼠模型,为后期红斑狼疮治疗药物的研究和筛选提供合适的动物模型,有助于抗系统性红斑狼疮新药的研发。

Abstract:Objective Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) models were mainly divided into spontaneous and induced models. Through the literature,spontaneous and induced SLE models and their main characteristics were reviewed, which provided references for the researchers to choose appropriate models for studying specific pathogenic mechanism and diagnostic criteria, searching for targeted treatment interventions and developing potential therapeutic drugs.
