| 摘 要： | 为了分析经伤椎固定治疗对胸腰段脊柱骨折患者近期疗效的影响,将70例胸腰段脊柱骨折患者分别给予跨伤椎固定术(n=35)与经伤椎内固定术(n=35)治疗。结果显示,与跨伤椎固定术比较,经伤椎内固定术的手术时间较长,术后即刻以及术后6、12个月伤椎椎体后凸Cobb角更小,椎体前缘高度更高,末次随访时局部疼痛分级更低。本研究说明,经伤椎固定虽然手术时间延长,但近期疗效更好。

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the vertebral fixation on the short-term effects for patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures.70 patients with thoracolumbar spinal fractures treated in our hospital were treated with across vertebral fixation (n=35) and the injured vertebral internal fixation(n=35).Results showed that compared to the across vertebral fixation,the operation time of the injured vertebral internal fixation group was longer,the incidence of vertebral canal embezzlement and Cobb angle of vertebral kyphosis were smaller immediately after operation and 6 and 12 months after operation. The height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body was higher and at the last follow-up the local pain classification was lower. The present study indicated that although the injured vertebral internal fixation operation time is prolonged, the short term effect is better. |
