摘    要:近年来分子生物学的发展不仅为深入阐明房颤的分子机制提供了理论基础,而且为实现房颤的基因诊断和针对性、特异性治疗带来了新的思路。房颤相关变异基因不但与房颤的发生密切相关,也可导致多种类型的电紊乱,一个单一的突变可引起不同的表型或其组合。而找出这些电活动紊乱所对应心电图的变化与特异性基因位点的关系则显得尤为重要。本文对近几年研究发现的与房颤发生相关基因变异及其心电图改变进行归纳总结。

Abstract:In recent years, the development of molecular biology not only provides a theoretical basis for further elucidation of the molecular mechanisms of atrial fibrillation, but also brings new ideas and hopes for the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation. Atrial fibrillation related genes are not only closely related to the occurrence of atrial fibrillation, but also can lead to various types of electrical disorders. A single mutation can cause different phenotypes or combinations thereof. In this paper, we summarize the gene changes and ECG changes related to AF in recent years.
