益气活血开窍方联合西医常规治疗急性缺血性卒中临床观察

目的观察益气活血开窍方联合西医常规治疗急性缺血性卒中临床疗效。方法将130例急性缺血性卒中患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组65例予西医常规治疗;治疗组65例在对照组治疗基础上加用益气活血开窍方治疗。2组均治疗4周后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、中医证候评分、脑卒中专门化生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分情况,以及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率87.7%,对照组总有效率78.5%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组NIHSS评分、中医证候评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组SS-QOL评分均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组hs-CRP、Hcy、FIB、D-D水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血开窍方联合西医常规治疗急性缺血性卒中疗效确切,并能改善患者神经功能缺损,提高生活质量,降低相关危险因子水平。

Clinical observation of Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods 130 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.65 cases in control group were treated by conventional western medicine.65 cases in treatment group were treated by Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao recipe on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the changes of neurological deficit score(NIHSS),TCM syndrome score,stroke specialized quality of life score(SS-QOL),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy),plasma fibrinogen(FIB)and D-Dimer(D-D)before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate was 87.7%in treatment group and 78.5%in control group.The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SS-QOL score of the two groups was increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,Hcy,FIB and D-D in the two groups were all decreased(P<0.05),and the level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao recipe combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,and it can improve the neurological deficit,improve the quality of life,and reduce the level of related risk biochemical indicators.
