| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨布拉氏酵母菌散及喜炎平治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果.方法:选取某院120例轮状病毒性肠炎腹泻患儿,纳入时间2019年7月～2020年8月,对照组接受蒙脱石散联合喜炎平治疗,研究组接受蒙脱石散、布拉氏酵母菌散联合喜炎平治疗,对比两组患儿的疗效差异.结果:研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:小儿腹泻采用布拉...

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Saccharomyces boulardii sachets and Xiyanping in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:120 children with rotavirus enteritis and diarrhea in a hospital from July 2019 to August 2020 were selected.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder and Xiyanping,while the study group was treated with montmorillonite powder,Saccharomyces boulardii powder and Xiyanping.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of infantile diarrhea with Saccharomyces boulardii powder and Xiyanping can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children and promote the improvement of the disease. |
