摘    要:目的:研究壳聚糖对大鼠耐力运动中自由基代谢的影响。方法:对大鼠进行4周跑台耐力训练,以0.25g/kg壳聚糖灌胃,测定血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量,硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Se-GPx),过氧化氢酶(CA)活性。结果:服药组与运动后即刻组和3天恢复组比较MDA含量降低(P<0.05);Se-GPx和CAT活性显著增强(P<0.05)。结论:壳聚糖能有效地减轻运动后产生的内源性自由基所致的脂质过氧化反应,增强抗氧化能力,促进运动后的恢复。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of chitosan on the oxygen free radical in rats.Method:The rats were divided randomly into four groups,:control group,exercise group,3d recovery group and chitosan group(0.25g/kg.b.w.chitosan).The exercise time of rats was4weeks.The content of plasma MDA,the activity of Se-GPx and CAT were analyzed in all groups.Result:Compared with exercise and recovery group,the content of plasma MDA were decreased( P<0.05)and the activity of Se-GPx and CAT increased( P<0.05)in chitosan group.Conclusion:Chitosan effectively relieve lipid peroxidation by endurance exercise,increase antioxidant capacity and promote recovery after exercise.Author's address Physical Education Dept,Zhanjiang Normal College,Guangdong,524048
