| 摘 要： | 目的:通过构建《黄帝内经·素问》脾藏象理论相关咳类疾病知识本体,探索中医经典古籍知识传承新方法。方法:提取《素问》中涵盖脾藏象理论的相关语段并抽提与咳疾病相关部分,在语段中获取元知识,简化并归纳形成领域概念,结合本体构建及扎根理论方法,构建领域概念间语义关系。结果:获取脾藏象理论咳类相关疾病术语49个,建立术语关系63条,形成并诠释《黄帝内经·素问》脾藏象理论相关咳类疾病知识本体。结论:揭示中医经典古籍《黄帝内经·素问》中脾藏象理论与咳类疾病理论联系及内涵。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore a new method of inheriting the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine classics by constructing the ontology of cough disease related to the theory of spleen visceral manifestation in Plain Questions of The Inner Canon of Huangdi.Methods:Extracting the segments related to the theory of spleen visceral manifestation in Plain Questions,and then getting the parts related to the cough disease from the first step.Simplifing and generalizing meta knowledge which is obtained from the segments to form the domain concepts.Combine ontology and grounded theory to construct semantic relations between domain concepts.Results:Obtained 49 terms for cough disease related to the theory of spleen visceral manifestation,established 63 terminology relationships.Forming and interpreting the ontology of cough disease related to the theory of spleen visceral manifestation in Plain Questions of The Inner Canon of Huangdi.Conclusion:Revealing the connection and connotation between the theory of spleen visceral manifestation and cough disease in Plain Questions of The Inner Canon of Huangdi. |
