| 摘 要： | 目的了解皖北地区先天性唇腭裂的流行病学特征,为其病因学研究提供一条线索。方法对2005年1月-2007年12月间在我院进行手术的1811例先天性唇腭裂患者的病例资料进行分类整理,并进行统计学分析。结果唇腭裂各类型性别比例差异有显著性,左右侧比较无统计学意义,城乡分布、区域分布差异有统计学意义。结论唇腭裂各类型中,CLP最为常见;各类型中单侧多于双侧,左侧多于右侧;各类型中除了CP男性发病多于女性。
