玉竹提取物对D-半乳糖衰老小鼠模型学习记忆的影响

目的：观察玉竹提取物对D-半乳糖（D-gal）衰老模型小鼠学习记忆能力及抗氧化能力的影响；方法：5％D-gal皮下注射建立衰老小鼠模型，同时灌胃给予玉竹提取物（extract of Polygonatum odoratum,E-PAOA），正常对照组和模型组给予等体积生理盐水。用Morris水迷宫实验检测小鼠的学习记忆能力，生化法检测小鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶SOD活力及丙二醛MDA含量；结果：与正常对照组相比，模型组小鼠学习记忆能力降低，脑组织SOD活力下降，MDA含量增加。灌胃给予E-PAOA后，小鼠上述变化明显改善；结论：E-PAOA可改善D-gal衰老模型小鼠的学习记忆能力，具有促进智力和延缓衰老的作用，其机制可能E-PAOA与具有抗氧化能力有关。

Effects of extract of Polygonatum odoratum on learning and memory function of aging mice induced by D-galactose
