慢性支气管炎痰培养结果及病原菌分析

目的 了解反复感染慢性支气管炎患者的痰培养及病原菌分布情况。方法 采用无菌操作采集患者晨痰，1h内送检，接种于血琼脂平板上，经37％，24h培养，怀疑有致病菌生长者进行相关的生化鉴定和药物敏感试验。结果 在136例患者，共72例痰培养阳性，阳性率52．9％，痰培养连续3次为单一细菌者为16例，阳性率为11．8％。16例患者痰菌结果分别为：溶血性链球菌6例，绿脓杆菌4例，克雷伯杆菌2例，产气杆菌2例，阴沟杆菌2例，136例患者386例次痰菌培养，106例次阳性（27．5％），而连续3次以上培养为同一细菌，仅为42例次（10．8％）；非相同单一痰菌培养64例次，占16．6％。结论 慢性支气管炎是一种内科常见病，其急性发作期患者易发生肺心病、心力衰竭和呼吸衰竭，所以了解其病原菌组成，对指导临床用药是非常必要的。

Chronic bronchitis,sputum culture results and pathogens

Objective Understanding of the region repeated infection of chronic bronchitis sputum culture and the distribution of pathogens. Methods Using aseptic manipulation Acquisition patients sputum morning, within an hour of submission, the vaccination in blood agar plate ,37 ℃ ,24 h culture, suspected of pathogenic bacteria associated biochemical identification and drug susceptibility testing. Results In 136 patients, a total of 72 cases sputum culture positive, the positive rate of 52. 9 % , sputum culture for three consecutive single bacteria were 16 cases,the positive rate of 11.8 %. 16 patients sputum results were： hemolytic streptococcus 6 cases,4 cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klehsiella pneumoniae in 2 cases and gas production Bacillus 2 cases, Enterohacter Bacillus 2 cases, 136 patients with 386 cases sputum culture times, 106 times positive（27.5 % ） , and consecutive three or more times a train 4 the same bacteria,only 42 cases（ 10. 8 % ） ;the same single-64 cases sputum culture,which amounts to 16. 6 %. Conclusion Chronic bronchitis is a common disease of Medicine, patients with acute exacerbation prone to pulmonary heart disease, heart failure and respiratory failure, the understanding of pathogens its composition, the clinical medication is very necessary.
