摘    要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种慢性神经退行性疾病,严重影响着人们的生活。到目前为止,AD的病因尚不明确,使得其预防和治疗成为世界性的难题。已有研究表明AD可能是一种代谢性疾病,与糖脂代谢和能量代谢有关。中医认为,"脾为后天之本,气血生化之源",不仅与机体物质代谢、能量代谢密切相关,还与人体的衰老密切联系。该文拟分析代谢与AD,脾与代谢之间的关系,以及健脾方对AD的作用,旨在从调控代谢的角度,分析中医"从脾论治"治疗AD的可能机制,挖掘健脾中药在治疗或预防AD中的潜在价值,为探索AD的药物研制和中医疗法提供新思路。
