| 摘 要： | 目的探讨富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白（SPARC）在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用组织芯片技术及免疫组化方法,检测123例胃癌组织和41例非肿瘤黏膜组织中SPARC的表达。结果胃癌间质细胞中SPARC的表达与非肿瘤黏膜组织间质细胞中的表达差异有显著性（χ2=64.605,P〈0.01）;SPARC在胃癌间质细胞的表达与Lauren分型、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关（χ2=5.617、8.911,P〈0.05;P=0.010）;胃癌间质细胞高表达SPARC的病人生存率低,淋巴结转移是胃癌独立预后因素。结论 SPARC可以作为预测胃癌浸润转移及预后的生物学指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine（SPARC） in gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Using tissue microarray and immunohistochemical technique,the expression of SPARC protein was detected in 123 cases of gastric cancer and 41 cases of nonneoplastic mucosa. Results The expression of SPARC in the interstitial cells of the cancer and of the nonneoplastic mucosa was significantly different（χ2=64.605,P0.01）.The expression of SPARC in the cancer was closely related with Lauren type,1ymph node metastasis and TNM stage（χ2=5.617,8.911;P0.05;P=0.010）.The survival rate of patients with high expression of SPARC was low,and lymph node metastasis was an independent prognostic factor. Conclusion SPARC may be used as a biological parameter for estimating infiltration,metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer. |
