| 摘 要： | 目的]总结埋藏式电复律除颤器（ICD）电风暴病人的观察与护理。方法]对12例ICD电风暴病人给予调整抗心律失常药物、优化ICD参数、积极治疗基础病、控制诱发因素等,同时加强病情观察及护理。结果]12例ICD电风暴病人均病情稳定后出院。结论]加强ICD电风暴病人的观察与护理有利于预后。

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize the observation and nursing care of patient＇s with implantable cardioerter defibrillato（ICD） electrical storm.Methods：given adjusting anti-arrhythmic drugs,the optimizing ICD parameter,actively treating basic diseases,controlling inducing factors were carried out for the 12 patients with ICD electrical storm,and at the same time to strengthen the pathogenetic condition observation and nursing for them.Results：A total of 12 patients with ICD electrical storm discharged after stable condition.Conclusion：To strengthen the observation and nursing care of patients with ICD electricity storm is profit for prognosis |
