104例交通事故所致重症胸部外伤病人的急救与护理

[目的]总结交通事故所致重症胸部外伤病人的急救与护理。[方法]对104例交通事故所致重症胸部外伤病人进行急救与护理,包括评估伤情、紧急处理、纠正休克、保持呼吸道通畅、监测生命体征、观察病情变化、鼓励咳嗽排痰、加强心理护理及并发伤的观察与护理。[结果]104例病人痊愈101例,死亡3例。[结论]加强交通事故所致重症胸部外伤病人的急救与护理有利于预后。

First aid and nursing care of 104 cases with severe chest trauma induced by traffic accidents

Objective：It summarized first aid and nursing care of patients with severe chest trauma induced by traffic accidents.Methods：A total of 104 severe chest trauma patients induced by traffic accidents were accepted first aid and nursing care,including assessment of injuries,emergency treatment,correcting shock and maintaining airway unobstructed,monitoring of vital signs,observation of condition changes,encouraging coughing and expectoration,strengthening psychological care and observation and care of complication injuries.Results：Among all 104 cases,101 patients were cured.And 3 cases dead.Conclusion：To strengthen first aid and nursing care of patients with severe chest trauma induced by traffic accidents is helpful for their prognosis.
