临床护理路径在慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎病人健康教育中的应用

目的]观察临床护理路径在慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎病人健康教育中的应用效果.方法]100例慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎病人按照随机、对照的原则分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组按临床护理路径进行整体护理和健康教育,对照组采取传统教育模式,比较两组病人对健康教育知识熟练掌握情况、对护理工作的满意情况、疗效情况.结果]观察组对健康教育知识熟练掌握度及对护理工作的满意度均高于对照组,观察组疗效优于对照组.结论]运用临床护理路径对慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎病人进行健康教育能明显提高病人对护理工作的满意度,提高健康教育效果,有助于提高临床疗效.

Application of clinical nursing path in health education for patients with chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis

Objective：To observe the effect of application of clinical nursing method in health education for patients with chronic nonspecifie ulcerative colitis. Methods： A total of 100 patients with chronic nonspecific ulcera tive colitis were divided into observation group and control group （50 cases in each） according to the randomized and controlled principles. Patients in observation group accepted integrated nursing care and health education based on clinical nursing path, while patients of control group were given traditional education model, then to compare the patients grasping health education knowledge, satisfactory degree at nursing work and therapeutic effect between both groups. Results： Both patients proficiency to health education knowledge and satisfaction at nursing in observation group were better than that in control group, and therapeutic effect of the observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion： Application of clini- cal nursing path can significantly improve patients satisfaction at nursing service, effect of health education and therapeutic effect for patients with ：hronie nonspecific ulcerative colitis.
